Foot Pain Tips

Avoid Athlete’s Foot

Wash your feet regularly using soap. Be sure to dry them completely (in between the toes) to avoid fungal infections (Athlete’s Foot).

Don’t Ignore Foot Pain

It is not normal and a sign that something is not right. If you experience any type of persistent pain in the foot or ankle, please contact our office.
